Our 24-hour availability is one of our great strengths. As we operate internationally, we cannot
always and everywhere come on site within a couple of hours.
However, in many situations we are able to keep your installation running until our experts or
specific components can be with you. For instance, we can do so by providing support to your
technical staff by telephone. In this regard, we give top priority to the safety of your personnel
and your installation.
If you wish, we will supply and install a modem link with a programmable logic controller (PLC).
This enables us at your request to conduct online monitoring of the core of the control of your
installations online, 24 hours a day and all the year round. This is a solution in particular in
calamities and for installations that have to be operational 365 days a year.
We advise you to have a periodic functional check carried out at least once a year on your
existing heating systems. In a detailed report we will indicate the condition of the systems in your
company.
